WHAT TO MAKE

Recipe from America's Test Kitchen Kids
Roasting brings out cauliflower's natural sweetness and gives it crispy, golden edges. Just toss wedges with olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast in a hot oven until tender. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan for a cheesy treat! Kids can arrange the cauliflower on the pan, toss it with oil, salt and pepper, and sprinkle on the cheese.
